What is your team's main scientific expertise/contribution to the iPSpine project?
Virus-free modification of iPSCs with our iTOP technology.
With iTOP we can deliver native proteins in to cells using a natural cellular uptake pathway. We will further develop and optimize our iTOP technology to allow efficient intracellular delivery of gene- or epigenetic modifying enzymes into (differentiating) iPSCs.

How does it feel to be working in such a large consortium?
It feels good to have a shared goal with such a large group of different people. I think consortia can speed up the search for treatments
What do you think is unique about being part of the iPSpine project?
That it brings ideas together of research groups of different areas and companies.
